A binding service agreement exists only after a written estimate or contract has been approved and any required deposit has been received. Customers requesting services are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their property and project. Customers must ensure that:• Property boundaries are correctly identified • The work area is accessible for equipment • Vehicles, materials, and obstacles are removed from the work area • Underground utilities are properly located and marked • Necessary permits or approvals are obtained when required. Gravel Works LLC is not responsible for delays or damages caused by inaccurate information or undisclosed site conditions.

Before excavation, trenching, grading, or land clearing work begins, underground utilities must be properly located. Customers are responsible for contacting Texas 811 or ensuring utilities are marked prior to work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Gravel Works LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked underground utilities.

Many Services require the use of heavy equipment such as skid steers, tractors, excavators, or dump trucks. Customers must ensure that:• Access points are wide enough for equipment • Ground conditions are stable enough for machinery • Obstacles and hazards are cleared from the work area. Gravel Works LLC may delay or cancel projects if equipment access is unsafe or restricted. Operation of heavy equipment may disturb soil, turf, or surrounding surfaces in areas necessary to complete the work.

Land improvement work involves interaction with natural terrain, soil, vegetation, and existing structures. While Gravel Works LLC takes reasonable care in performing work, we are not responsible for damages caused by:• Hidden underground debris or structures • Unmarked utilities or irrigation systems • Soil instability • Natural ground shifting • Erosion or drainage changes • Previously installed landscaping or property features

Excavation, trenching, and land clearing may expose materials not visible during initial site inspection, including:• Rock formations • Tree roots • Buried debris • Old concrete or structures • Metal or construction materials. Removal of these materials may require additional labor, equipment, and charges.

Areas that are graded, filled, or leveled may naturally settle over time due to soil compaction, moisture changes, or environmental conditions. Gravel Works LLC does not guarantee against natural soil settlement after project completion.

While grading and land shaping may improve drainage conditions, Gravel Works LLC does not guarantee elimination of standing water or drainage issues caused by soil conditions, surrounding properties, or extreme weather events.

Project schedules may be affected by:• Weather conditions • Equipment availability • Soil conditions • Safety concerns • Unexpected site conditions. Gravel Works LLC reserves the right to adjust scheduling to ensure proper and safe project completion.

Under Texas law, contractors and material suppliers may have the right to file a mechanic’s lien against property for unpaid labor or materials. By requesting services from Gravel Works LLC, you acknowledge that failure to pay for services performed may result in the filing of a mechanic’s lien in accordance with Texas law.
