service agreement terms

Gravel Works LLC

Service Agreement Terms

These Service Agreement Terms apply to all land improvement and construction services provided by Gravel Works LLC.

Scope of Work

Services will be performed according to the scope outlined in the approved estimate or written agreement.

Any changes to the scope of work may require additional charges and schedule adjustments.

Site Access

Clients must ensure that adequate access is available for heavy equipment.

This may include equipment such as:

• Skid steers
• Excavators
• Tractors
• Forestry mulchers
• Dump trucks
• Graders

Restricted access or unsafe conditions may delay or prevent work from being performed.

Property Boundaries

Clients are responsible for identifying accurate property boundaries prior to work beginning.

Gravel Works LLC is not responsible for clearing or working outside property boundaries that were incorrectly identified by the client.

Permits and Approvals

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required by local authorities or property associations.

Utility Location

Before excavation or trenching begins, underground utilities must be properly marked.

Clients are responsible for contacting Texas 811 unless otherwise agreed.

Gravel Works LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities.

Weather and Soil Conditions

Outdoor land services depend heavily on weather and ground conditions.

Work may be delayed due to:

• Rain or storms
• Mud or saturated soil
• Safety concerns
• Equipment limitations

Scheduling adjustments may occur to protect equipment and ensure safe operations.

Hidden Site Conditions

Excavation, clearing, and grading may reveal conditions not visible during initial inspections.

Examples include:

• Large rocks or boulders
• Buried concrete or metal
• Abandoned foundations
• Deep root systems
• Soil instability

These conditions may require additional labor or equipment.

Project Completion

Project timelines are estimates only and may change based on weather, equipment availability, or site conditions.
