By authorizing work from Gravel Works LLC, the client acknowledges and accepts the following conditions.

Heavy equipment may cause disturbance to:

• Soil
• Turf
• Driveways
• Landscaping
• Gravel surfaces

Such disturbance may be necessary to safely complete the work.

Even with careful operation, heavy equipment may cause:

• Tire ruts
• Soil compression
• Minor ground displacement

These conditions are common in land improvement projects and are not considered damage.

During clearing operations, falling trees or limbs may impact surrounding vegetation.

Gravel Works LLC will take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee protection of all surrounding vegetation.

Underground hazards may include:

• Buried pipes
• Irrigation systems
• Electrical lines
• Septic components
• Unknown debris

Gravel Works LLC is not responsible for damage to underground features that were not disclosed or properly marked.

Areas used for equipment access may experience surface disturbance.

Clients should remove vehicles, equipment, fencing, or personal property from work areas before work begins.

By approving work, the client acknowledges the inherent risks involved in heavy equipment land services and agrees not to hold Gravel Works LLC liable for conditions that are typical or unavoidable in land clearing, excavation, or grading operations.
